Israeli forces shot and injured, on Friday afternoon, 31 Palestinians, including a child, along the separation fence, on the eastern borders of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Dozens of Palestinians gathered along the separation fence, east of Gaza City and Jabalia, in the north, east of the Bureij refugee camp in the central part of Gaza, and east of Khan Younis, in the south.

Israeli forces, stationed inside military barracks, and armored vehicles, along the separation fence, and fired many live rounds and tear gas canisters at the Palestinian youths.

At least 30 citizens were shot with live rounds, one child was shot in the thigh with a tear gas canister, east of Jabalia, while dozens sustained inhalation injuries as a result of tear gas exposure.

The injured child was transported to the Indonesian Hospital in Jabalia for medical treatment.

Dozens of youths gathered along the border fence, which separates the Gaza Strip from Israel, burned tires, and hurled rocks at the Israeli army.

Protestors detonated crude explosive devices, one of which made a large hole in the separation fence, east of Gaza City.

Palestinian youths launched many incendiary balloons which, according to the Hebrew website “0404” caused fires in fields east of the Gaza Strip, near the “Sderot” settlement, and another near the “Kissufim” colony.

For seven consecutive days, Palestinian youths have gathered along the eastern borders of Gaza to express their rejection of the 17-year-long blockade imposed on them, and the escalating attacks on the people of Palestine.
