On Monday, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian teen near Hebron, and injured others near Bethlehem, in the southern occupied West Bank.
Israeli forces shot a Palestinian teen twice with exploding rounds, on Monday, in the town of Sa’ir, northeast of Hebron in the southern West Bank.
Media sources said occupation forces shot a 15-year-old child at close range with at least two explosive rounds, while he was present at the entrance to the town of Sa’ir.
Sources added that the teen sustained two gunshot wounds with explosive bullets in the thigh and pelvis, indicating that he was admitted for emergency surgery at the Hebron Governmental Hospital.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) was able to transport the wounded teen, who is a member of the Faroukh family, to the hospital after soldiers attempted to abduct him after shooting him.
Meanwhile, after storming the town of Al-Khader, southwest of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank, Israeli forces injured a number of Palestinian citizens.
Media sources said that occupation forces invaded Al-Khader town on Monday afternoon, and positioned soldiers on the main Jerusalem-Hebron road, and fired tear gas canisters at citizens.
On Monday night, sources reported that the army forced citizens to close their commercial shops in the town and fired concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at citizens, causing several people to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
