Israeli forces shot, on Thursday afternoon, three Palestinian young men during the extended military incursion against the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PPS) said its ambulance crews transported two citizens to hospital after they were shot with live ammunition, one to the thigh, while the other sustained a shrapnel wound to the head.

The PRCS added that their ambulance crews were called to evacuate dozens of women and children out of their homes in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin city.

PRCS ambulance crews evacuated 46 children and 40 women from their homes after occupation forces stormed and seized the homes, converting them to military observation points.

Meanwhile, occupation forces shot a Palestinian young man with live ammunition, in the town of Burqin, west of Jenin.

Media sources said that Israeli soldiers opened fire at a Palestinian young man, on Thursday evening, detaining him for an unknown period of time, before allowing ambulance crews to transport him to the hospital for treatment.

On Thursday afternoon, the army continued its siege and aggression against the city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp, since Wednesday at dawn, sending in additional reinforcements.

Media sources said that occupation soldiers have maintained their presence in fifteen areas of the city and its camp, and continued to close all entrances of the city.

Sources added that military bulldozers persisted in carrying out sabotage operations targeting the infrastructure and streets in the eastern neighborhood of the city.

Occupation forces continued to besiege hospitals in the city, while bulldozers destroyed the road leading to the Jenin Governmental Hospital near the Jenin refugee camp.
