Israeli forces shot two Palestinians with live rounds, on Thursday, while maintaining its siege and aggression against the northern West Bank city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp for 38 consecutive days.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported a Palestinian doctor to hospital after occupation forces shot him in the leg with live ammunition while he was in the Al-Zahraa neighborhood in Jenin city.
The PRCS added that they transported a 23-year-old woman to the hospital after soldiers shot her with live rounds while she was in the Jenin refugee camp. The conditions of the two wounded citizens was not known at the time of writing this report.
Quds News Network published a video revealing that Israeli soldiers opened fire towards paramedics in the Jenin refugee camp when they were attempting to evacuate the injured young woman.
Occupation forces invaded the city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp on January 21, 2025, just two days after the ceasefire agreement was reached between the Israeli government and the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas to end the 15-month-long war of extermination against the besieged and devastated Gaza Strip.
In related news, an undercover Israeli unit executed the young man, Mahmoud Ibrahim Sanaqra, 25, and confiscated his body, on Thursday, after invading the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.
Media sources added that the army shot two Palestinians with live ammunition during the incursion, including a young man who was shot in the thigh, and a 14-year-old child who was shot twice in the abdomen and the hand.
Additionally, occupation forces assaulted a 68-year-old man causing him to suffer bruising.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed Qusra town, southeast of Nablus, besieged a citizen’s home, and opened live fire, shooting the young man, Ibrahim Hassan, before abducting him.
