The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported a young man to the hospital after he sustained a live gunshot wound.
Earlier, Israeli troops shot a Palestinian farmer while he was grazing his sheep near the Apartheid Wall, built on citizens’ land, in the town of Deir Ballout.
WAFA correspondent reported that occupation forces shot an unidentified young man in the leg with live ammunition, before detaining him; his condition was not known at the time of this report.
In related news, Israeli forces detained a child with disabilities and assaulted his brother who attempted to rescue him from the grip of the soldiers in the Shu’fat refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that occupation soldiers forcibly detained the child Mahdi Al-Arabi, who has Down’s Syndrome, and assaulted his brother Mohammad Al-Arabi, causing a facial injury.
The Governorate added that Israeli troops detained the child and abused him, releasing him a short time later.
