The Israeli army continued its bombing and shelling of civilian areas across the Gaza Strip, killing dozens of Palestinians, including children and women, and wounding hundreds, earlier Thursday morning.
In the Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City, the army bombarded an entire residential block inhabited mainly by the family of journalist Amjad Abu Shari’a, killing at least twenty-two and wounding dozens of Palestinians. Among the dead are his father and his brothers and their families.
The army also killed and wounded dozens of Palestinians from the Abu Obeid and Abu Fool families in the Sheikh Radwan and Abu Iskandar areas in Gaza City,
The army fired a missile at the home of a Palestinian journalist, Mohammad Mo’in Ayyash, in the Nusseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, killing him and several members of his family, including children.
In addition, the army fired many missiles at homes in the refugee camp, killing and wounding many Palestinians, including children.
Furthermore, the army fired missiles at many homes and buildings between Al-Maghazi and Al-Boreij refugee camps and on Salahuddin Street in central Gaza.
Furthermore, the army fired a missile at two homes for the Al-Kurd family in Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, killing at least three Palestinians and wounding dozens.
In Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip, the army fired a missile at a home for the Salem family and a home for the Hamad family, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.
In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles targeted a home for the Abu Mosameh family in Bani Soheila, east of the city, killing at least fourteen Palestinians and wounding thirteen; search is still ongoing under the rubble for look for potential survivors.
Also in Khan Younis, the army fired missiles at a three-story home in Bani Soheila and a home in the Al-Fakhari area, east of the city, in addition to bombing the Municipality of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis.
In Rafah, in southern Gaza, the army fired many missiles at a charitable society behind the Kuwaiti hospital, causing many casualties, and bombed the Rahma Mosque in the center of the Shaboura refugee camp.
In Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, the army fired missiles at the homes of several families, including Al-Kurd, Ad-Dawawsa, Shahin, Al-Azami, Sirdah, Al-‘Aloul, As-Sakani, Al-Harsh and Shalha, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.
Furthermore, the Israeli army continued the siege on the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia and fired at any person they saw in the yards around it.
Monir Al-Barsha, the director Health Ministry in Gaza, said 200 patients, in addition to the medical staff, remain in the besieged medical center and added that there are 65 bodies of slain Palestinians that they haven’t been able to bury.
He stated that each ambulance had to transfer 6 to 7 Palestinians at a time amidst ongoing bombing around the hospital. His statements came after 450 patients were evacuated from the medical center.
In addition, 180 patients remain isolated in the Shifa Medical Center in Gaza, which only has three doctors and four nurses remaining, especially after the army stormed the medical facility and abducted its head, Dr. Mohammad Abu Salmiyya, and several medical staff, while forcibly evacuating it.
On Wednesday, the Israeli soldiers invaded the hospital and conducted violent searches in its emergency unit.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said it managed to evacuate 190 patients and their families from the Shifa Hospital and added that many wounded Palestinians and patients remain in the hospital since their serious conditions prevent evacuating them.
The patients who were evacuated were transferred to the European Hospital in Khan Younis, while Kidney patients were moved to Abu Yousef Najjar Hospital in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
The evacuation was carried out in twenty hours, especially after the army kept stopping and searching each convoy, posing serious risks to the lives of the patients and abducting two medics, one journalist, and one Palestinian who was accompanying a wounded family member.
The fate of the mediated ceasefire deal is at risk after Israel decided to delay the release of Palestinian detainees until Friday and when the army refused to allow fuel and food to be transferred to Palestinians in northern Gaza.
Israel missiles and shells have, so far, killed at least 14532 Palestinians, including 6000 children killed in Gaza since October 7.
According to Euro Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, the number of slain Palestinians is 18219, including 7621 children and 3910 women, and the wounded are at least 34790.
The number includes approximately 4321 Palestinians who are still buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings.
Mediterranean stated that hundreds of victims have not been counted yet and that more than %91 of the slain Palestinians are civilians.
