On Friday, the Israeli navy fired live rounds at Palestinian fishermen near the Nuseirat refugee camp in the Gaza Strip’s central part, killing one Palestinian.
Media sources said the navy fired barrages of live rounds at Palestinian fishing boats, killing a fisherman identified as Saher Walid Al-Qar’an, 19, before he was moved to the Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah.
Despite the ceasefire, the Israeli army continues to violate it by targeting fishermen and their boats.
On Thursday, medical sources in Gaza said one Palestinian succumbed to serious wounds he suffered during the Israeli onslaught and stated that medics and rescue teams also located the corpses of 42 Palestinians under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings.
The Israeli army also shot and injured at least nine Palestinians across the Gaza Strip, Thursday.
On Monday night, a Palestinian citizen was killed, and others were injured, when Israeli occupation aircraft targeted a bulldozer west of Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza Strip.
The number of slain Palestinians since October 7, 2023, in the coastal enclave is at least 47,460, while the number of wounded is more than 111,580, mostly children, women, and elderly, in addition to thousands of missing Palestinians, largely under the rubble across the devastated Gaza Strip.
