Israeli security services in the internationally-recognized occupied Palestinian East Jerusalem, summoned, on Thursday, a representative of the Fatah party, Shadi Matour, for interrogation.
Official Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) said that Matour was summoned to the Muskobiya interrogation and detention center, also known as the Russian compound, shortly after he and other local Palestinian activists were banned from entering the Al-Aqsa mosque for a period of six months.
The Fatah party, is the ruling Palestinian party in the occupied West Bank, headed by the Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas.
