Israeli soldiers abducted, Friday, a young Palestinian man and caused damage to an ambulance, in Osarin village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Rezeq Odeili, the mayor of Osarin, said the soldiers invaded the village and fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at Palestinian youngsters who protested the invasion.

He added that the soldiers shot a young man, identified as Hazem Nabil Odeili, with a live round before the medics rushed him to a hospital. Many Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The soldiers also fired live rounds and high-velocity gas bombs at a Palestinian ambulance, shattering its windshield while the medics were rushing to provide aid to wounded Palestinians.
