Israeli soldiers abducted, Saturday, a young Palestinian man, and summoned another for interrogation, in Hebron city, and Beit Awwa town, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources in Hebron said the soldiers stormed and violently searched the home of Lu’ay Mohammad Gheith, causing excessive damage, before abducting him.
The soldiers invaded many neighborhoods in Hebron city, and were heavily deployed in various streets and alleys, before obstructing Palestinian traffic.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded homes in Beit Awwa town, southwest of Hebron, and summoned Mohammad Jamil Masalma, 26, for interrogation.
In addition, the soldiers installed many military roadblocks at the main entrances of Sa’ir and Halhoul towns, north of Hebron, in addition to ath-Thaheriyya, Yatta, as-Sammoa’ towns, and the al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of the city.
The soldiers stopped and searched dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
