On Wednesday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted five citizens from their homes in the Nablus Governorate, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.

Media sources said several military vehicles invaded the villages of Beit Furik and Salem to the east, and Asira al-Shamaliya to the north of Nablus.

The sources added that the soldiers broke into and ransacked many homes, causing damage and interrogating several Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers then abducted Yassar Munther Shtayyeh from Salem, Jihad Hamdi Khatatba, Abdul Ayham Bani Odeh, Ahmad Bilal Nassar from Beit Furik, and Mohammad Jamal Sawalma from Asira al-Shamaliya.

Also at dawn, the army abducted nine Palestinians from their homes in the Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem, and one in Nahhalin town, west of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.
