Israeli forces abducted, on Thursday, four Palestinians, including a child and a former prisoner, in Nablus and Jericho in the northern and northeastern parts of the West Bank.
At dawn on Thursday, the army invaded the northern West Bank city of Nablus, invaded a building on Al-Sikka Street in the western part of the city, and sent several military vehicles as additional reinforcement.
Soldiers stormed Al-Ein refugee camp in the western part of the city, deployed an infantry unit, and broke into many homes, while local Palestinian youths protested the incursion.
In the Al-Ein camp, Israeli forces abducted the former prisoner, Wassim Shaheen and Muhammad Yahya Anis Yahya, after breaking into and ransacking their homes.
In related news, the army installed an iron gate at the entrance to the village of Burin, south of Nablus.
Meanwhile, in the northeastern part of the West Bank, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinians, including a child in the city of Jericho.
According to Eid Barahma, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Jericho, the army abducted the child, Mahdi Muhammad Hussein Abu Zeid, 17, after summoning him for interrogation.
Furthermore, Israeli soldiers invaded and searched the home of Wissam Amjad Habib Ayed, before abducting him.
