On Friday, Israeli soldiers invaded various areas across the occupied West Bank, stormed and violently searched dozens of homes, and abducted many Palestinians, including one child, and shot three young men.

In Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank, the soldiers invaded the Ein Al-Sultan refugee camp northwest of the city, surrounded several neighborhoods before storming and ransacking homes, and abducted a child, Hani Marwan Sarafandi, 16.

In Hebron, in the West Bank’s southern part, the soldiers invaded Surif town, northwest of the city, searched many homes, before abducting Mohammad Ahmad Al-Hoor and Mohammad Al-Hadoush.

The soldiers invaded many areas and towns in and around Hebron, including the Al-Kassara area, Johar Mountain, Bab Az-Zawiya, Ein Sara, Sinjer, Yatta, and the main entrance of the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, while surveillance drones flew overhead.

In addition, the soldiers broke into and ransacked several shops in the Ras Al-Joura area, in Hebron city, and confiscated toys, especially those that include remote controls.

In Qaffin, north of Tulkarem, in the northwestern West Bank, the soldiers stormed and searched several homes and abducted four young men, Khaled Mahmoud Amarna, Mohammad Saleh Amarna, Nihad Fathi Khaseeb, and Bara’ To’ma.

During the invasion, the soldiers ransacked many homes, especially in the Al-Ajjouli neighborhood, west of Tulkarem, the Amarna Mountain, and Mus’ad Mountain, and interrogated many Palestinians for a few hours.

The soldiers were also stationed in many neighborhoods and between trees, in addition to sharpshooters who occupied rooftops.

In Tubas, in the northeastern West Bank, undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated the Al-Far’a refugee camp south of the city before several army jeeps stationed at the Al-Hamra military roadblocks southeast of Tubas invaded it.

During the invasion, the soldiers shot a young man, Anas Nasr Sawalma, with a live round in the arm before abducting him from a Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) ambulance while the medics were trying to rush him to a hospital in Tubas.

In occupied Jerusalem, the army invaded the Qalandia refugee camp north of the city, leading to protests, and shot a young man with live fire.

In the Al-Am’ari refugee camp in Al-Biereh city in the central West Bank, the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes and abducted two young men, Mo’taz Shanni and Ahmad Abu Kweik.

In addition, the soldiers invaded Deir Abu Mashal village northwest of the city, stormed and ransacked homes, and abducted several Palestinians.

The army also invaded the Sateh Marhaba neighborhood in Al-Biereh City, near Ramallah, leading to protests.

In occupied Jerusalem, the army installed many additional military roadblocks around the Old City, especially in alleys leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, to restrict the number of Palestinians allowed to enter the holy site for Friday prayers.

The roadblocks are largely in Bab Al-Amoud, Bab As-Sahera and Bab Al-Asbat, the main gates leading to Al-Aqsa, forcing hundreds of Palestinians to gather for prayer near Wadi Al-Jouz neighborhood, the closest area to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound.

For the twelfth week, the army has only been allowing older Palestinians in limited numbers, in addition to those who are from the Old City, to enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque amidst various restrictions.

On Thursday night, several military jeeps invaded Arraba town, south of Jenin, and fired many flares, gas bombs, and concussion grenades before withdrawing.

On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers shot two Palestinians and repeatedly clubbed and kicked a young man in Beit Rima town, northwest of Ramallah.


The soldiers also invaded and searched several homes, including the home of Bajes Rimawi, which was invaded for the third time this week.

Furthermore, the soldiers fatally shot Ahmad Adeeb Khalil Alian Oweisat, 23, at the “Mazmouria” military roadblock, south of occupied Jerusalem, after an alleged stabbing attack.

Also, the soldiers killed Mohammad Sayel Abdul-Qader Al-Jondi, 38, a resident of Yatta town, south of Hebron in the West Bank’s southern part, after shooting him near a military roadblock west of Bethlehem.

On Thursday at dawn, Israeli soldiers shot Hazem Abdul-Fattah Qattawi, 23, with live fire and injured fourteen others in the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

In related news, a Palestinian young man, Tareq Shakhsheer, 21, succumbed to a serious gunshot inflicted on him by the Israeli army in the northern West Bank city of Nablus on December 18.

On Friday, Day 84 of the Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued the firing of missiles and shells at different parts of the Gaza Strip, killing dozens of Palestinians, most of whom are women and children, and wounding dozens of residents.

The number of slain Palestinians in the Gaza Strip since October 7 is at least 21,320, in addition to more than 55,603 wounded; most of the casualties are civilians, including women, children, and elders.
