On Sunday, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem after invading their homes and stormed towns and villages in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah.

Before dawn on Sunday, Israeli forces invaded Beit Rima town and Deir Ghassana village, northwest of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.


Soldiers stormed the home of Othman Al-Assi, in Beit Rima with the aim of abducting his son, Nader; when he was not at the home, the army interrogated the family.

Local Palestinian youths protested the incursions into Beit Rima and Deir Ghassana without causing any injuries.

Occupied Jerusalem

On Sunday morning, Israeli forces abducted the young men, Laith Samrin, Muhammad Ziad Samrin, and Muhammad Mahmoud Samrin, after storming and searching their homes in Silwan town, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

According to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), the occupation army has abducted 6,330 Palestinian citizens in the West Bank since the beginning of the military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
