On Saturday, Israeli soldiers injured dozens of Palestinians in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Local activist, Mohammad Ayyad Awad, said several army vehicles invaded the town, leading to protests.

He stated that the soldiers also stormed and ransacked homes, and occupied rooftops in the At-Tahta neighborhood in the center of the city.

The soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades, causing dozens of residents to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation, cuts, and bruises.

In related news, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers invaded the Maghayir Al-Abeed village in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and forced the local Bedouin out, in addition to assaulting an Israeli peace activist, causing various cuts and bruises.

The colonizers came from the illegal Havat Maon colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands in Masafer Yatta.

A similar attack was carried out by colonizers from Telem and Adora illegal colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands in Tarqoumia, west of Hebron.

Also, the colonizers invaded the Khallet Al-Ballouta area, near the illegal Gush Etzion colony, south of Bethlehem, and attacked homes, surrounded by the colony.
