On Sunday, Israeli soldiers injured several Palestinians in Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
Media sources said several Israeli military vehicles invaded Tal village, southwest of Nablus, and Qaryout village, south of the city, and closed streets, leading to protests.
They added that the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs and concussion grenades.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated that its medics treated many Palestinians for cuts, bruises, and the effects of tear gas inhalation in the two villages.
In related news, the soldiers invaded the Zahra’ neighborhood in Jenin city, northern West Bank, stormed and ransacked several homes in addition to stopping many cars and interrogating scores of Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
On Saturday, Israeli soldiers invaded the town of ath-Thaheriyya, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern part, killing a young man, Mustafa Ali Ismael Talloul, 30, and injuring two others, one seriously.
On Saturday evening, Israeli soldiers shot a young Palestinian man in the village of Ezbet Shufa, southeast of Tulkarem, in the northwestern occupied West Bank.
Last Monday, Israeli forces killed a Palestinian child on Monday, after shooting and abducting him in the town of Sinjil, northeast of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.
The Municipality of Sinjil announced that the child, Youssef Fuad Abdul-Karim Foqaha, 14, was killed by occupation forces, adding that the army continues to withhold the body.
Also Saturday, Israeli soldiers demolished 58 Palestinian homes in Tulkarem refugee camp, in Tulkarem, in the occupied West Bank’s northwestern part, as part of a ongoing plan to remove the Palestinians from it.
Since the beginning of the year, Israeli forces have killed 151 Palestinian citizens in the occupied West Bank, including 27 children and 5 women.
Occupation forces have killed 57 Palestinians in Jenin, 26 in Nablus, 25 in Tubas, 14 in Tulkarem, 7 in Hebron, 5 in Bethlehem, 5 in Ramallah, 4 in Jerusalem, 4 in Qalqilia, 3 in Salfit, and 1 in Jericho.
