Earlier Wednesday, Israeli soldiers invaded the Bab Ar-Rahma Mosque in the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and attacked many worshipers before abducting some of them.
Media sources said the soldiers surrounded the Bab Ar-Rahma Mosque before storming it and attacking many worshipers.
They added that the soldiers abducted several worshipers before taking them to a nearby police center.
The soldiers also abducted a young man in one of the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque before detaining and interrogating many others while trying to enter the holy site on the first day of the Al-Adha Muslim feast.
Furthermore, the soldiers detained several young Palestinian men in Al-Wad Street, Mujahidin Street, and Bab Hutta before detaining and interrogating many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
