On Thursday dawn, a large Israeli military force invaded Tubas city in the northeastern West Bank and tried to abduct a young man before exchanging fire with Palestinian resistance fighters.
Many military vehicles, supported by drones, invaded Tubas after advancing from the Tayasir military roadblock and surrounded several neighborhoods.
The soldiers then invaded homes and attempted to abduct a Palestinian man who managed to escape.
Media sources said the soldiers interrogated the man’s mother, 62, after failing to locate her son, causing her blood pressure to elevate dangerously, before Palestinian medics were called to the home and provided her with the essential first aid she needed.
Palestinian fighters exchanged fire with the soldiers and targeted the military drone with live fire before the army withdrew.
The fighters also detonated an explosive charge as an armored military vehicle was driving near it.
