The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers have kidnapped at least thirteen Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, including three in occupied Jerusalem, and one medic.

The Jerusalem Office of the PPS said the soldiers invaded a Palestinian home in Aqbat as-Saraya area, in Jerusalem’s Old City, kidnapped a medic, identified as Wisam Hammouda, and took him to an interrogation facility.

Also in Jerusalem, the soldiers searched and ransacked several homes, and kidnapped Aya Mohammad Hindi, 17, and Omar Mona, only 15 years of age. Mona was taken prisoner just one day after his release from an Israeli detention center.

The soldiers also invaded Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, violently searched homes and kidnapped four Palestinians, identified as Ahmad Saleh Thawabta, 21, Fayez Mohammad Taqatqa, 19, Omar ‘Ayed Taqatqa, 20, and Mohammad Jihad Taqatqa, 21.

In addition, several army vehicles invaded Beit Ummar town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and kidnapped two siblings identified as Hatem Ahmad Sabarna, and his brother Ali, both in their twenties, in addition to Talal Abu Sneina, from Hebron city.

The PPS also stated that the soldiers searched many homes in the northern West Bank district of Jenin, and kidnapped one Palestinian, identified as Shadi Nimir Salah, 25.

Another Palestinian, identified as Atef Rawhi Salah, 44, was kidnapped from his home, in Silwad town, northeast of Ramallah.
