On Tuesday dawn, many Israeli military vehicles invaded the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, before the soldiers shot a young man.
Ahmad Jibril, the spokesperson of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Nablus, said the soldiers shot a young man with a live round in the leg.
He added that the PRCS medics rushed to the area and transferred the wounded young man to a hospital in Nablus.
During the invasion, the soldiers stormed and ransacked many homes, and used rooftops of buildings overlooking the refugee camp as firing posts and monitoring towers.
The Israeli army, including undercover soldiers, also invaded several neighborhoods in Nablus city, Rafidia and the Askar refugee camp.
In related news, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers attacked, Monday evening, many Palestinians in the Bab Al-Khalil area in occupied Jerusalem, and hurled insults at them, while Israeli soldiers and police officers attacked young several Palestinian men and fired rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
It is worth mentioning that Monday witnessed numerous assaults and violations by the paramilitary colonizers in various parts of the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem.
