On Thursday night, Israeli soldiers shot a young Palestinian man in the Al-Fawwar refuge camp, south of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
Media sources said several armored military vehicles invaded the refugee camp, before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes, leading to protests.
The soldiers added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs, wounding a young man with a live round in the chest before he was rushed to a hospital suffering moderate wounds.
The soldiers withdrew later from the refugee camp’s central areas but remained at its main entrance.
In related news, Israeli soldiers abducted six Palestinians in the Hebron governorate, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
In addition, the army invaded the Jabal At-Taweel area in the Al-Biereh City, in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah and Al-Biereh, leading to protests, before the soldiers fired gas bombs, concussion grenades, and rubber-coated steel bullets, causing many Palestinian to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Many of the wounded Palestinians, including children, were in their homes and suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation after the army fired the gas bombs at their homes or near them.
In the Al-Khader town, south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, the soldiers invaded the center of the town, especially around the Big Mosque area, and caused many Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation during ensuing protests.
