On Wednesday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded Tammoun town, southeast of Tubas in the occupied West Bank’s northeastern part, and shot two young Palestinian men.

Media sources said several army vehicles, including a bulldozer, invaded the town, before the soldiers stormed and searched homes, and occupied rooftops, leading to protests.

They added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, wounding two young men before the medics rushed them to a hospital in Tubas.

Also, Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the invading soldiers and detonated explosive charges near the military vehicles.

Kamal Bani Odah, the head of the Tubas office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) said the soldiers searched several homes, including the home of a political prisoner, Morad Najeh Bisharat, before confiscating 5000 shekels and his father’s mobile home.
