On Monday, Israeli soldiers uprooted dozens of olive trees and many evergreens and demolished a well and a toilet room east of Yatta town, south of Hebron, in the West Bank’s southern part.
Local activist Osama Makhamra said the Israeli military bulldozers uprooted at least fifty Palestinian olive trees and demolished a water well and a toilet room in the Wadi Al-Jawaya area near the Tiwana village, east of Yatta.
Makhamra added that the soldiers also confiscated water pipes and said that a local farmer, Ghassan Abu Tabeekh, owns the destroyed structures and the uprooted trees.
Furthermore, the soldiers uprooted 50 olive trees and ten evergreens owned by Abdullah Dababsa and Khalil Jaber Dababsa.
The army also demolished a water well and uprooted about 90 olive trees near Al-Mafqara village south of Hebron, belonging to citizen Ahmed Mohammed Al-Hammda.
