Two Palestinians were killed and several others wounded on Monday by Israeli military fire across the Gaza Strip, while a third Palestinian succumbed to critical wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli attack. The incidents occurred amid continued Israeli violations of the “ceasefire agreement.”

Israeli aircraft fired a missile at a motorcycle in the Tal al‑Hawa neighborhood of Gaza City, killing Osama Naim Shamlakh and injuring others.

Medical staff confirmed that the strike occurred near the Al‑Wehda field in southwestern Gaza City, also resulting in many injuries.

Later in the evening, additional injuries were reported after Israeli forces shelled a group of civilians in the at-Tuwam  area northwest of Gaza City. Hospitals received multiple wounded, including individuals in critical condition.

Earlier at dawn, Israeli aircraft bombed a home in the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, killing one Palestinian whose identity had not yet been confirmed by medical authorities.

In a separate incident, a young man sustained life‑threatening injuries when Israeli forces opened fire on Salahuddin Street in central Gaza.

In the Nuserirat refugee camp, also in central Gaza, an Israeli drone fired a missile at Palestinians, causing serious injuries, including severed limbs.

Local sources also reported the death of Tareq Hmeid Qeshta, who succumbed to wounds inflicted by Israeli gunfire several days ago in the Mawasi Khan Younis area in southern Gaza.

Media outlets consistently reported ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement, including airstrikes, artillery fire near displaced communities, demolition operations inside the so‑called “yellow zone,” and continued restrictions on the movement of goods, humanitarian aid, and travel.

Human rights organizations, including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, reiterated this week that Israeli attacks in Gaza continue to raise serious concerns under international humanitarian law, particularly regarding repeated strikes in densely populated civilian areas.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) warned that ongoing ceasefire violations threaten humanitarian access and exacerbate displacement.

UNRWA also stated that aid delivery remains severely constrained due to movement restrictions and insecurity around distribution points.

According to the Gaza Ministry of Health’s verified daily report, hospitals received eight Palestinians killed in the past 24 hours—seven newly killed and one who died of previous wounds. The ministry also documented 32 injuries during the same period.

Since the “ceasefire” took effect on October 11, 2025, the cumulative toll has reached 1,108 Palestinians killed, 3,578 wounded, and 800 bodies recovered from under rubble or open areas.

The ministry’s cumulative figures since the start of the Israeli genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, stand at 73,231 Palestinians killed and 173,686 wounded, with many victims still unrecovered due to ongoing military operations and restricted access for civil defense teams.
