On Friday, the Israeli army escalated its offensive on the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, killing dozens of civilians and wounding hundreds in several parts of the besieged coastal enclave.

In Gaza City, several Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army fired a missile at a mosque in the Shati refugee camp, west of the city.

The army also fired dozens of homes at homes and buildings in Nasr neighborhood, Sheikh Radwan, Tal Al-Hawa, causing many casualties.

In northern Gaza, 26 Palestinians from the Al-Majdalawi family were killed, and their bodies were found buried under the rubble of their home after the army fired missiles at it, while ten other Palestinians remain under the rubble.


The army also fired many missiles into an area in Nafaq Street, north of Gaza, killing nine Palestinians and wounding dozens.

Furthermore, 40 Palestinians were killed and hundreds injured by Israeli missiles and shells targeting Jabalia, Beit Lahia, and all northern areas of the Gaza Strip.

In central Gaza, the corpses of many Palestinians were located under the rubble of a home for the Abu Shammala family, where four families resided. The home was struck with a missile fired by an Israeli war jet.


Also, at least five Palestinians were killed and fifteen injured after the army fired a missile at two homes for the Sweidan family in the Nusseirat refugee camp and the Nassar family in the Zawaida area in central Gaza.

At least two Palestinians were killed and many injured by an Israeli missile in the Al-Qarara town near Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Four Palestinian farmers were killed after the army fired a missile at their car in Bani Soheila town, east of Khan Younis.

Also, twenty-two Palestinians were killed, and more than 100 were injured when the army fired missiles at a residential bloc in Khan Younis refugee camp, west of the city.

In Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, at least eleven Palestinians were killed and many injured after the Israeli army fired a missile at a home for the Sha’er family in the Jneina neighborhood.


On Wednesday, a Palestinian journalist, Jamal Faq’awi, was killed after the army fired a missile at his home in Khan Younis, bringing the number of slain journalists since October 7 in Gaza to 23.

In related news, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, stated its fighters managed to foil an invasion by the Israeli navy through the Rafah port, and said: “Our fighters exchanged fire with the invading soldiers who fled, leaving their ammunition behind, and were only able to escape after Israeli military helicopters started firing at the fighters.”

On Friday evening, the Israeli army said its forces would expand their ground offensive and invasion into the Gaza Strip and added that the army intensified its bombing into various areas, including tunnels.

Also on Friday evening, the Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli missiles and shells killed 7305 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and 110 in the West Bank, and added that the number of wounded Palestinians in Gaza is at least 18567, in addition to 1950 in the West Bank, since October 7, and said that 70% of the slain Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are women and children.

It is worth mentioning that Abu Obeida, the speaker of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said that Israeli missiles have also killed at least 50 Israelis held by the group in the coastal region.
