Israeli forces shot two Palestinian young men with live rounds, on Friday, one of whom was critically wounded, after invading the Shu’fat refugee camp, northeast of occupied Jerusalem. This comes immediately after two Israeli were wounded in a stabbing attack in occupied Jerusalem.
Media sources reported that immediately after a stabbing attack in a hotel in occupied Jerusalem, a large army force, accompanied by police and intelligence officers, invaded the Shu’fat camp, besieging and storming the home of the alleged perpetrator.
The sources added that Israeli forces opened fire with live rounds, tear gas canisters, rubber-coated steel rounds, and concussion grenades, shooting two young men and causing a number of inhalation injuries.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center (Silwanic) reported that at least two young men were shot with live ammunition, one of whom was critically wounded after being shot in the neck by occupation forces.
Eyewitnesses said a bullet entered the windshield and exited the rear window, the driver of the vehicle was shot in the neck before he was rushed to the hospital.
Arab 48 and Quds Press reported that Israeli forces shot at least three Palestinians during the incursion into the camp.
Media sources said that occupation police abducted the young man, Muhammad Al-Dab’i Shawamreh at the hotel under the pretext of carrying out the attack, in which two Israelis were injured, including one seriously.

In a statement, the Israeli police said they “investigating a stabbing at a hotel in Kibbutz Tzova,” adding that three of the suspects associates were also abducted at the scene.
Israeli Channel 12 quoted eyewitnesses who stated that the perpetrator “took a knife from the kitchen and began stabbing those sitting in the dining room.”
In related news, Israeli soldiers forcibly evacuated the families of the two slain young men who were killed on Monday, after allegedly carrying out a shooting operation at the Ramot Junction, north of occupied Jerusalem.
Media sources reported that the army invaded the family homes of Muthanna Naji Omar, 20, in Al-Qubeiba town, and Muhammad Bassam Taha, 21, in the town of Qatanna, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.
The Mayor of Qatanna, Diaa Al-Faqih told the WAFA News Agency that occupation forces evacuated the Taha family from their second floor apartment, located in a residential building in Qatanna, and sealed its doors and windows.
WAFA added that the soldiers handed the Taha family a document ordering the seizure of the apartment and informed them that they have 48 hours to appeal the decision.
The same source reported that the Omar family also received a document ordering the seizure of the apartment and gave them 48 hours to appeal.
