On Wednesday evening, the Israeli army killed a Palestinian medic and wounded two, in addition to killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Day 124 Update:
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the army fired live rounds at Palestinian medics who were trying to evacuate wounded and slain Palestinians in an area between the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital and the Shifa Medical Center in Gaza City, killed one medic and wounding two.
The PRCS added that it took its medics more than one hour to reach the slain and the wounded after the army surrounded the area despite coordination with the International Red Cross.
The PRCS identified the slain medic as Mohammad Sobhi Al-Omari, and the wounded as Saleh Mahmoud Moammar,
Furthermore, the PRCS said the army has surrounded and isolated the Al-Amal Hospital and its headquarters in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, and added that there are more than 200 Palestinians in the hospital mainly patients in addition to medical staff and administrators.

It also said that two wounded Palestinians in the hospital were injured by Israeli bullets, yet again, while receiving treatment in the medical facility which remains surrounded and isolated for the 17th day.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said more than 340 doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers have been killed by Israeli fire and missiles since October 7, 2023, and at least 900 have been injured, some seriously, in addition to 100 who were abducted by the army and remain imprisoned with no information about their fate.
In addition, the army killed and injured many Palestinians while trying to fill water to drink in the Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City.
In Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired missiles at two homes, in the western part of the city, killing 14 Palestinians including 5 children, and wounding many others.
The army also fired a missile at a Palestinian police car in an area in Rafah that was designated by the soldiers as a “safe zone”, killing and wounding many officers and residents.
In addition, the army fired a missile at an area next to where families sheltered in tents, while some Palestinians were holding an event to entertain displaced children and get their minds off the constant onslaught.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said the Israeli army “committed 16 massacres against Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip in less than 24 hours, killing 123 Palestinians and wounding 169, including many children and women.

It added that many slain and wounded Palestinians remain buried under the rubble, or on roads, while the medics remain unable to reach them due to constant bombing and siege.
It is worth mentioning that Action Aid global justice federation said that 10.000 Cancer patients in Gaza are unable to receive treatment amidst the ongoing Israeli onslaught and lack of medical supplies.
Action Aid added that the only cancer hospital in the entire Gaza Strip that was providing treatment until November 2nd, 2023, is the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital, but had to stop after running out of supplies and after the Israeli army bombed it a few times.
Most hospitals in the Gaza Strip has to shut down; 14 hospitals are partially operational, working %200 times more than their designated capacities, and are sunning out of medical supplies, food and water.
Israel has now killed at least 27.708 Palestinians, and injured 67.147, mainly women and children, in the Gaza Strip, since October 7.
