On Monday, Day 49 since the resumption of the genocide, the Israeli army continued bombing various parts of the Gaza Strip, killing at least 50 Palestinians and wounding dozens, including women and children, across the devastated, starved, and besieged coastal enclave.

Medical sources reported that at least eleven Palestinians were killed and many others injured in Israeli airstrikes on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

They stated that the army fired a missile at a car in the western part of the refugee camp, killing six Palestinians and wounding three.

Additionally, at least three Palestinians were killed and several others injured in another bombing in the camp.

An earlier airstrike on a home in the refugee camp killed two Palestinians and caused multiple injuries.

Furthermore, the army fired a shell at a Palestinian home near Sawarha School in the western part of the refugee camp.

In Gaza City, Israeli forces bombarded several homes and wired and detonated multiple buildings, particularly in the eastern areas, including the Tuffah neighborhood.

In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, the army fired barrages of live rounds at Abasan town, east of the city, and shelled a tent sheltering a displaced family in the al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis, killing a child and wounding several Palestinians.

Several Palestinians were also killed, and many injured, when the army fired a missile at an apartment in the western part of Khan Younis.

In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, at least one Palestinian was killed and several others injured when the army targeted the Nozha Street area.

Al-Jazeera reported that the Israeli army bombarded dozens of homes and buildings in Rafah, in southern Gaza, and fired numerous artillery shells at Khan Younis while more tanks crossed the perimeter fence into the area.

It added that the army carried out multiple airstrikes and artillery shelling in the western areas of Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, and that Israeli tanks also bombarded and fired live rounds at the eastern areas of the Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.

Since the resumption of the genocide in Gaza on March 18, 2025, Israel has killed at least 2,436 Palestinians and injured more than 6,450.

Since the beginning of this year, the Israeli army has killed at least 3,085 Palestinians, including 527 children, 318 women, 19 journalists, and 111 elderly individuals.

Israel has now killed at least 52,567 Palestinians, including more than 18,000 children and 12,400 women. Additionally, about 11,160 Palestinians remain under the rubble in various parts of the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, the number of wounded Palestinians has exceeded 118,610, primarily children, women, and elderly individuals.
