Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man, on Thursday, assaulted three citizens, and abducted five in the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
At dawn Thursday, occupation forces invaded the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, sparking protests among local Palestinian youths.
Medical sources with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that Israeli forces shot a young man in the abdomen with live ammunition.
The PRCS added that soldiers assaulted several citizens, injuring a 34-year-old woman, a 13-year-old child, and a 23-year-old man, after breaking into their homes.
Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the eastern region of Nablus city, at dawn Thursday, firing live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades.
Sources added that soldiers broke into and ransacked several citizens’ homes in the city, and abducted Ghassan Abu Hanish,
In the Balata camp, occupation forces abducted the citizen, Samir Qaraan and Raed Wahid Awad, after assaulting him.
In the town of ‘Asira ash-Shamaliya, north of the city, soldiers abducted the former prisoner, Bilal Kayed Yassin, after storming and ransacking his home.
Southeast of the city, the army invaded and ransacked the home of Abdul Rahman Al-Kaabi, before abducting him.
