Israeli forces stormed, before dawn Sunday, the city of Tulkarem and its refugee camp, in the. northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, injuring four Palestinian young men, according to local sources.

Media sources reported that sharpshooters were stationed in the refugee camp and at its entrances.

The army opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, shooting one young man in the face with live ammunition.

Another young man sustained a shrapnel (live bullet fragments) wound to his hand.

Soldiers driving an armored military jeep ran over two young men who were riding on a motorcycle, injuring both riders, who were transported to hospital for medical intervention.

It was added that armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the attacking soldiers, with no injuries reported among the army.
