Israeli forces killed a Palestinian young man, on Tuesday afternoon, after during its incursion in the northern occupied West Bank city of Jenin, the second young man to be killed since dawn.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that the General Authority for Civil Affairs informed it of the death of the young man, Ayser Abdul Halim Al-Saadi (21 years old), adding that the army confiscated the body.

Media sources said that occupation forces opened fire at citizens during their ongoing invasion into the eastern neighborhood of Jenin city, killing the young Al-Saadi.


Before dawn, the army invaded the eastern neighborhood of the city and assassinated the young man, Jihad Alawna, 23, in the Al-Ghoul residential building.

Undercover Israeli agents infiltrated the Al-Ghoul residential building in the eastern neighborhood, shot Alawna in the thigh with live ammunition, and prevented him from receiving first aid, resulting in his death.

Military bulldozers razed the streets and infrastructure in the eastern neighborhood, while armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the invading army.


Media sources added that the military aggression against the eastern neighborhood was ongoing as of Tuesday afternoon.

Occupation forces have besieged and destroyed the the city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp for 43 consecutive days, killing 29 citizens in the governorate.

In related news, Israeli forces injured three Palestinian young men after assaulting them in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin city.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its ambulance crews transported three young men to hospital suffering from various injuries as a result of the soldiers’ assault.
