Israeli forces shot a Palestinian child on Monday night, after invading the town of Beit Furik, southeast of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Media sources reported that occupation forces stormed Beit Furik town and fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters.


The sources added that occupation soldiers shot a 14-year-old child in the shoulder with live ammunition; his condition was not known at the time of this report.

Earlier, Israeli soldiers stormed the village of Odala, south of Nablus, spreading through the streets, and destroying memorials of slain Palestinians.

Media sources reported that occupation forces invaded the village, toured its streets, fired tear gas canisters, and tore up posters of slain young men; no arrests or protests were reported.

In related news, occupation forces invaded the northern West Bank city of Jenin and the town of Ya’bad, west of the city.

Media sources reported that Israeli soldiers invaded the Wadi Azz Eddin neighborhood in Jenin city and the town of Ya’bad to the west.


The sources said that soldiers stormed the Wadi Azz Eddin neighborhood on Monday evening, positioned units through the streets and fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades; no injuries were reported.

Additionally, Israeli military vehicles stormed the town of Ya’bad, and roamed a number of neighborhoods; no protests or arrests were reported.
