On Thursday, the Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli soldiers shot four Palestinians, one seriously, near the northern entrance of the Al-Biereh city, near Ramallah, in the central part of the occupied West Bank.
The Health Ministry said the soldiers shot a young man with live rounds in the chest, causing serious wounds, before he was rushed to surgery at Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.
It added that the soldiers also shot and moderately injured three Palestinians, who suffered gunshot wounds to various parts of their bodies.
The Palestinians were injured after dozens of residents marched at the northern entrance of Al-Biereh, denouncing the Israeli offensive in Jenin, leading to the death of nine Palestinians, including siblings and one woman.
Also Thursday, the soldiers killed Yousef Yahia Abdul-Karim Mheisin, 22, during a procession condemning the Israeli onslaught on Jenin.
In the Gaza Strip, a Palestinian child, Nayef Oweidat, 13, died from serious wounds he suffered last year during the Israeli onslaught on the coastal region.
