On Thursday evening, Israeli forces continued their missile and shelling campaign across the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths and injuries of dozens of Palestinians.
In Abasan Al-Kabira, a town east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, a missile strike on a residential home claimed the lives of at least seven Palestinians and left many others wounded.
Among the deceased were Mohammad Nasser Al-Breem, Mohammad Kamal Najjar, Mohammad Mesbah, and Abdul-Rahman Mesbah. Medical sources reported that the bombing caused extensive destruction to the targeted property and surrounding buildings, leading to numerous injuries, some of which were critical.
Tragedy struck further as a Palestinian father, his wife, and several of their children were killed in another Israeli airstrike on their home, also east of Khan Younis.
In Rafah, located in the southernmost part of Gaza, Israeli forces opened fire in the Shaboura area, killing a young man, Odai Abu Amra. Additionally, five Palestinians sustained injuries when shells struck the Al-Junaina neighborhood, east of Rafah. Live rounds fired in the Shaboura neighborhood also wounded another Palestinian.
The Israeli military has announced the launch of a new ground offensive in Rafah, signaling an expansion of operations in southern Gaza.
In northern Gaza, a Palestinian was killed by Israeli fire while attempting to flee with his family in Beit Lahia. The area witnessed heavy bombardment, resulting more than 17 deaths and dozens of injuries, including about five who remain under the rubble.
The Health Ministry in Gaza confirmed that dozens of Palestinians were killed on Thursday, with 95 bodies transported to medical centers. At least 133 others were injured and admitted to hospitals.

On Tuesday, the Israeli army resumed the genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip; Israeli missiles and shells claimed the lives of at least 429 Palestinians and injured more than 562, most of whom were children and women, in just one day.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that the Israeli army has killed at least 49,547 Palestinians, including more than 17,881 and 12,298 women, and injured over 112,719—mostly women and children—since October 7, 2023. The Government Media Office in Gaza stated that the death toll has surpassed 61,700, including thousands still trapped under rubble.
