Three political prisoners held by Israeli injured, meanwhile more than 80 people became homeless as troops destroy their homes. These stories, and more, coming up, stay tuned.

Three Palestinian political detainees held by Israel were injured, many others suffered effects of tear gas inhalation on Monday during clashes that erupted at the Israeli military prison of Nafha.

According of the Palestinian Political Prisoners Affairs Authority, the clashes erupted when Israeli troops and prison guards raided the political detainees holding cells attacked some of them and destroyed their belongings.

Palestinian human rights groups estimates that there are nearly 7000 Palestinian political detainees that are currently being held by the Israeli army in detention camps and prisons.

In other news, Israeli forces invaded Khan al-Ahmar area on Monday , east of Jerusalem, and destroyed 11 Bedouin homes leaving 87 people homeless, most of whom are women and children.

Nearly 7000 Palestinians have been rendered homeless this year by Israeli home demolitions. The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs recently issued a report that the number of home demolitions of Palestinian homes by the Israeli military during 2016 reached a record number.

Elsewhere,  Israeli troops conducted pre-dawn raids in several West Bank towns on Monday, abducting 15 Palestinians and taking them to unknown destinations.

In Jerusalem, Israeli troops abducted 8 Palestinians, including 5 minors aged between 15 and 17 years old. In Hebron, Israeli forces detained and abducted two Palestinians, and in the neighboring Beit Ummar, two former political prisoners who had been released from Israeli prison previously were abducted by Israeli troops Monday morning.

In addition, Israeli soldiers abducted three minors from an area near Tulkarem, in the northern part of the West Bank. The pre-dawn raids are conducted by Israeli forces nightly in occupied Palestinian territories, and Israeli troops abduct Palestinian civilians for detention in military prisons.
