Two Palestinian civilians were injured many others suffered effects of tear gas inhalation as Several Israeli military vehicles invaded, on Tuesday morning, the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.
Local sources said the army invaded Joseph Tomb area, east of Nablus, and clashed with youngsters who hurled stones and empty bottles at the military vehicles.
One Palestinian, identified as Ahmad Sa’ad, 17, from Askar refugee camp, was shot with a rubber-coated steel bullet in his face, while Mohammad Shahin, 27, was shot in his thighs and abdomen.
Moreover, The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers have kidnapped, on Tuesday at dawn, 21 Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank.
Elsewhere, dozens of soldiers and fanatic Israeli colonists stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, before a number of soldiers assaulted a mosque guard, identified as Majd Abdin, causing various cuts and bruises.
Eyewitnesses said the attack took place near the Chain Gate, one of the gates of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and that the wounded guard was moved to the mosque clinic for treatment.
In other news, Israeli soldiers and personnel of the Jerusalem City Council demolished, on Tuesday at dawn, a Palestinian car dealership and two sheds in Sur Baher, southeast of occupied East Jerusalem.
The owners said that the demolition took place without a prior warning, and that he built it nearly 18 months ago to provide a livelihood for his six-member family.
