Palestinian activists tore down, on Thursday, tents and structures set up by illegal Israeli colonists on the privately-owned lands of citizens of Kafr al-Labad village, east of Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
Moayad Shaaban, the head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, and popular resistance activists toured village lands after settlers erected a tent on pastoral lands.
Participants removed tents set up by illegal settlers who attempted to establish a settlement outpost on lands belonging to the citizens of Kafr al-Labad and the surrounding villages.
Shaaban called for the people of Palestine to intensify their acts of popular resistance, to protect the Palestinian land.
In related news, illegal Israeli colonists attacked, on Thursday, Palestinian-owned vehicles near Burqa village, northwest of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
According to Ghassan Daghlas, the official who monitors Israeli violations and colonialist activities in northern West Bank, said that Israeli settlers hurled stones at Palestinian citizens’ vehicles near Burqa village, on the road between Jenin and Nablus, damaging a number of them.
Meanwhile, close to Burqa village, settlers hurled stones at Palestinian-owned vehicles near the town of Silat ad-Dhahr, southwest of Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.
