The Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed, Saturday evening, the death of a young man whom Israeli soldiers shot and seriously injured near the illegal Annexation Wall west of Deir Al-Ghosoun town, north of Tulkarem, in the occupied West Bank’s northwestern part.
The Health Ministry said the soldiers shot Salim Nasser Hajar, 25, in the afternoon and abducted his brother on Palestinian lands near the illegal Annexation Wall, west of the town.
The soldiers stationed at the gate of the Annexation Wall fired at Salim, from the Shweika area north of Tulkarem, shooting him in the head.
The army then abducted his brother, and took Salim to an Israeli hospital, where he succumbed to his serious wounds.
His death brings the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers in the West Bank since October 7th to 290, including children.
In the Gaza Strip, the ongoing Israeli onslaught has killed 18.800 Palestinians and injured at least 51,000; most of the casualties are women and children.
