The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers have kidnapped, overnight and earlier on Wednesday, nine Palestinians, including two children, in the occupied West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem.

The Hebron office of the PPS, in the southern part of the West Bank, said the soldiers invaded many homes in Beit Ummar and Surif town, and kidnapped five Palestinians.

The kidnapped residents have been identified as Ahmad Samir Abu Ayyash, 16, Waseem Taha Abu Mariyya, 16, Jom’a Zaki al-‘Atel, Fadi Ibrahim Eghneimat, 36, and his brother Shadi, 30.

The Bethlehem office of the PPS said the soldiers invaded ‘Aida refugee camp, north of the city, searched homes and kidnapped one Palestinian, identified as Daoud Jamal Radhi, 27.

The Nablus office of the PPS, in the northern part of the West Bank, said the soldiers also kidnapped one Palestinian, identified as Ala’ Tirawi.

In Jerusalem, the soldiers invaded Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and kidnapped two young men, identified as Mohammad Mousa ‘Abbassi and ‘Ababa Najeeb.
