Israeli troops attacked, on Saturday, several Palestinians in the northern occupied West Bank village of Qaffin, north of Tulkarem city.
Palestinian media sources said that Israeli soldiers stormed Qaffin village, and fired dozens of tear-gas canisters towards local villagers resisting the military invasion, causing many of them to suffocate or faint.
The sources stated that medical crews transferred several Palestinians to a local clinic for medical treatment for inhalation injuries, some less serious cases were treated on site.
Palestinian WAFA News Agency noted that during the invasion, Israeli forces broke into many Palestinian homes in the village and seized surveillance cameras fixed onto the homes.
