On Saturday, Israeli forces abducted at least ten Palestinian citizens in the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, in addition to a father and son in Yatta town, in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron.

Media sources said that occupation forces carried out a large-scale search operation in the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, southwest of Hebron, on Saturday afternoon, stormed any citizens’ homes, and abducted at least ten Palestinian young men.


Sources added that Israeli soldiers invaded and surrounded the refugee camp, fired live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades at citizens, and abducted at least ten young men.

Among the abductees were three brothers identified as Ahmad, Osama, and Mohammad Farid Abu Hashhash, and Ayser Musa Abu Hashhash, after invading and searching their homes.

The army also drove a front-end loader through the camp and deployed sharpshooters on the rooftops of citizens’ homes; no injuries were reported.


Meanwhile, on Saturday morning Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian father and his son in the town of Yatta, south of Hebron.

Media sources said that occupation soldiers stormed and searched the home of the citizen, Ismail Jibril al-Najjar and his son, Shadi, in Yatta town.

Furthermore, soldiers invaded the town of Ethna, west of Hebron, storming and ransacking several citizens’ homes, causing damage.

Media sources said Israeli forces detained and blindfolded many young men and subjected them to interrogation, releasing them after several hours.

Sources added that the army opened fire with concussion grenades and tear gas canisters without any reports of injuries or arrests.

In related news, occupation forces stormed the village of Kursa, southwest of Hebron, and occupied the rooftop of a citizen’s home, converting it to a military barrack.
