On Wednesday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded and ransacked many homes across the occupied West Bank, abducted many Palestinians, and detonated two homes, leading to protests.

The Palestinian Detainees’ Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners Society said the army invaded various parts of the occupied West Bank, before ransacking homes and abducting many Palestinians who were moved to various detention and interrogation facilities.

They added that the invasions and abducted were largely focused in refugee camps across the West Bank, causing serious property damage, while the soldiers also interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

Among the abductees are some who were detained and interrogated for several hours before being released.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the homes of two detainees, Mohammad and Ahmad Zeidat, in Bani Neim town, east of Hebron, before forcing the families out, wiring and detonating the two homes.

The Israeli army claimed the two detainees carried out a ramming and stabbing attack in Ra’anana, killing one Israeli and wounding eighteen, in January 2024.

The army also invaded Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, and surrounding communities, leading to protests, before the army fired live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

The soldiers injured many Palestinians during protests in Beit Ummar, stormed and ransacked dozens of homes and abducted Yousef Mohammad Allami, Mohammad Wahid Abu Mariya, Hamdi Mohammad Abu Mariya, Ammar Yahia Awad, Marwan Rashed Sabarna, Khdeir Yousef Awad, Yousef Sa’id Sabarna, Mos’ab Mohammad Sabarna and Yahia Falah Abu Mariya.

In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the army invaded Asira al-Qibliya town, stormed and ransacked homes, before abducting two young men, Dia’ Abu Hamad and Mahmoud Yahia.

The soldiers also invaded Rojeeb town, east of Nablus, and searched homes, in addition to invading and ransacking homes in Aqraba town, south of Nablus and abducting Saleh Luay.

The soldiers also abducted Saleh Luay and Mos’ab Bani Manya from their homes in in Aqraba town, in addition to Mahmoud Yahia Saleh and Mohammad Dia’ Abu Hamad, from Asira Al-Qibliyya, south of Nablus.

In Tubas, in the northeastern West Bank, the army invaded many neighborhoods, before breaking into and searching man homes.

Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the invading soldiers in Tubas and Tammoun and used explosive charges to target advancing vehicles.

In Salfit, in the central West Bank, the army invaded and violently searched several houses in the town.

The soldiers also invaded Marda village, north of Salfit, searched homes, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

In Bethlehem, the army invaded the Al-Khader town, south of the city, and closed the area around the Big Mosque in the center of the town.

The soldiers also invaded Tuqu’ town, southeast of Bethlehem, ransacked homes, and abducted Ahmad Ibrahim Mohammad Sabah, 24, Samih Mahmoud Sabah, 25, and Mahdi Khaled Hamida, 26.

In Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the West Bank, many military vehicles invaded the city, especially from the southwestern part of Tulkarem, before advancing into many neighborhoods, especially the eastern neighborhood, the Al-Haddadin Street, and the vicinity of Thabet Thabet governmental hospital.

The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics has reported that Israel is holding captive at least 13.240 Palestinians, (8.240 from the West Bank and 5.000 from the Gaza Strip,) including at least 80 women and 200 children.
