On Sunday, Israeli soldiers abducted seven Palestinians and injured one in Jerusalem, Qalqilia, and Hebron in the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers abducted Ahmad Raed Barham, 20, from Kufur Qaddoum town, east of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, after stopping him at a military roadblock near the town.
In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers abducted Issa Amro after stopping him near the Ibrahimi Mosque.
In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers invaded the Shu’fat refugee camp and abducted Mahmoud Abu Khdeir, 60, and his brother Suleiman, 45. The siblings are the brothers of a political prisoner, Amro Abu Khdeir.
The soldiers also abducted Ahmad Mousa Elian from the al-‘Isawiya town, northeast of Jerusalem, and Mustafa Abu Ghazala from Jerusalem’s Old City.
In Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, the soldiers stormed and ransacked the home of Shadi Abu Sneina and his brother Ehab, and summoned them for interrogation.
The soldiers also assaulted a young man, Maher Gharabily, from Beit Hanina north of Jerusalem, causing various serious lacerations before he was rushed to a hospital in Jerusalem.
Furthermore, dozens of soldiers invaded Sur Baher town, south of Jerusalem, and closed several roads.
