On Saturday, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man and injured others near Nablus in the northern West Bank, and another in the city of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
Media sources said that undercover Israeli agents (Musta’ribeen) infiltrated the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, on Saturday at dawn, followed by military reinforcements.
Sources said that occupation forces abducted the young man, Jihad Abu Hamdan, after storming his home in the refugee camp, before withdrawing.
Meanwhile, the army injured several Palestinian citizens after invading the town of Burin, south of Nablus, sparking protests.
Media sources said that occupation forces stormed Burin town, on Saturday afternoon, and fired live rounds and tear gas at those who resisted the incursion, causing many of them to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
Furthermore, media sources said that the army broke into and searched the home of the young man, Muhannad Al-Atta, on Saturday morning, before abducting him in the city of Qalqilia in northwestern part of the West Bank.
