On Saturday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern part, leading to protests, and caused dozens of residents to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Local media activist, Mohammad Awad, said several army vehicles invaded the town, and closed streets, leading to protests before the soldiers fired concussion grenades and gas bombs at the property and the surrounding homes.
Awad added that many Palestinians, including those in their homes, suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Furthermore, the occupation forces invaded the town of As-Samu’, south of Hebron, and the Surif, northwest of Hebron, and violently searched dozens of houses, causing damage.
