On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers injured a Palestinian woman and a young man in Al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources reported that several Israeli military vehicles invaded Al-Khader, particularly the Dar Mahmoud, Al-Bawwaba area, and the Big Mosque area, closing streets and leading to protests.

The soldiers fired numerous concussion grenades and gas bombs, causing several Palestinians to suffer from tear gas inhalation.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated that a concussion grenade shattered a car’s windshield, injuring a woman with fragments to her face and arm.

Furthermore, an Israeli jeep rammed a Palestinian motorcycle in the Al-Bawwaba area, injuring its rider and resulting in fractures to his arm and leg, as well as various bruises.

Palestinian medics rushed the wounded young man to a hospital in Bethlehem, where he was immediately admitted to surgery. He is from the Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem.
