Israeli forces injured a Palestinian child, on Wednesday evening, after running him over with an army vehicle in the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Media sources said that occupation forces struck a 15-year-old child with a military jeep during an incursion into the city; he was transported to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday afternoon, Israeli soldiers stormed the village of Yatma, south of Nablus, sparking protests among local Palestinian youths.
Media sources said that several Israeli military vehicles invaded the village while soldiers broke into and ransacked several citizens’ homes.
Sources added that soldiers fired live rounds and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion, causing several citizens to suffer inhalation injuries from tear gas exposure.
Furthermore, occupation forces abducted three Palestinian citizens, and forced shops to close after storming the town of Jamma’in, south of Nablus.
Media sources said that on Wednesday evening, Israeli soldiers fired concussion grenades, ordered commercial shops to close, and abducted the young man, Huthayfah Jihad Shehada, in addition to the citizen, Iyad Daoud and his son, Thabet.
In related news, occupation forces shot and killed the woman, Zuhur Qassem Amour, 34, critically injured 73-year-old woman and a 9-year-old girl, and seriously injured a 15-year old girl, on Wednesday afternoon, after storming Anza village, southwest of Jenin in the northern West Bank.
