Israeli occupation soldiers on Wednesday stormed the village of Jifna, north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank’s central part and seized a privately owned vehicle. The soldiers also shut down all entrances to the village of Ni’lin, west of Ramallah.

Local sources said several Israeli military vehicles patrolled the streets of Jifna before closing several streets.

The sources added that the soldiers confiscated a civilian car before withdrawing from the village.

In Ni’lin, occupation troops blocked all access points, preventing residents and vehicles from entering or leaving the village.

The forces also stormed several commercial establishments, seized surveillance footage, and stormed a medical center.

In related news, the army invaded al-Isawiya town, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, before storming and violently searching homes and stores.

These invasions, targeting civilian infrastructure, restricting movement, and violating the sanctity of medical facilities, reflect a broader pattern of collective punishment and disregard for international humanitarian law.

The seizure of private property and obstruction of medical services constitute clear violations of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which prohibits such measures in occupied territories.

On Wednesday morning, Israeli forces launched a new demolition campaign in Khirbet al-Fakhit, part of the South Hebron Hills region the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

In related news, Israeli occupation forces demolished a Palestinian home on Wednesday in the village of al-Walaja, west of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

In addition, Israeli forces demolished a Palestinian home in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank.
