Israeli soldiers shot, Thursday night, a Palestinian child near the village of Abwein, north of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
Local sources said the soldiers invaded the main road leading to the nearby Sinjil village and attacked many Palestinians who protested the invasion.
The sources added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at the Palestinians.
Palestinian medics rushed a child to a hospital in Salfit in the central West Bank after the soldiers shot him with two live rounds in the arm and lower back.
The medics also provided treatment to dozens of Palestinians who suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation, cuts, and bruises.
