Four Palestinians were shot, and fifteen others suffered tear‑gas inhalation on Sunday during an ongoing Israeli military invasion of the Old City of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, which began in the early morning hours.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said two young men, aged 18 and 26, were shot in the thigh and foot and transferred to Rafidia Hospital, where their conditions were described as stable.

A third man was injured after being struck in the shoulder with a rubber‑coated metal bullet on Al‑Basha Street, while a fourth, aged thirty, was shot with live ammunition in the thigh.

Medical teams also treated 15 Palestinians, including journalists, for suffocation injuries after Israeli forces fired massive quantities of tear gas throughout the area surrounding the Old City.

The PRCS added that a sixty‑year‑old man sustained bruises after being severely beaten by Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Old City.

Israeli forces also seized surveillance camera recordings from several commercial shops in the surrounding area.
